Refunds & Cancellations
We want your experience with 4D Expressions to feel supportive, intentional, and aligned. Because many of our offerings involve digital access, interactive tools, or personalized preparation, refunds are handled with care and clarity.
Digital Products & Experiences
Refunds are available for digital products that have not yet been accessed or used.
Once a product has been opened, cards have been drawn, Echoes generated, or content accessed, refunds are no longer automatically available.
This applies to experiences such as:
- Sacred Journey Calendar
- Twelve Echoes Companion
- Inner Ledger Journal
- Digital oracle tools or downloads
Personal Year Oracle Readings (PYOR)
Personal Year Oracle Readings are prepared specifically for you using your submitted Echoes.
Refunds are available until Echoes are submitted for preparation. Once your Echoes have been submitted and your reading process begins, refunds are no longer available.
Physical Products
Physical items may be refunded or replaced if they arrive damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
